urgent help

I have a new issues with my workflow Travel Expense

1. WS90000012 Travel expense approval: US f

f = Result dependent on a check function module

2. I am using chech function module SWB_CHECK_FB_START_COND_EVAL

when i am executing this function module throwing exception

ERROR_EVENT_CONTAINER_EMPTY

3. Condition is not checking BUS2089.totalcost > 999999.00

work flow stopping at this condition. In the workflow log, workflow container looks empty. Can any body help me how to resolve this issues.
