Merge cannot be initiated as no Master record is selected

Hello,

I'm trying to merge 2 accounts but I'm not able to select the Master record as everything is set grey-out. Even my Edit button is set to grey out.

    Because the Edit button is greyed out I would like to suggest you create an incident for us to access the system and check the reason behind that.

    Hi Arian,

    In order to enable customer merge in your tenant,

    1.Do Scoping questions→General business Data →Business Partner→Handling of Business Partners and

    select the scoping question ‘Do you want to enable account merge’.

    2. Assign the ‘Data Cleansing’ work center to the user who will be triggering the merge process in the tenant.

    3.Select 2 or 3 customer records and Start merging by clicking on “Initiate Merge” as shown below.
