LSMW with transaction FS01 to create GL account

Dear Gurus,

I am using LSMW and Standard Batch.... for uploading GL master data....

Object - 0010

Method - 0002

Program - RFBISA00

Program Type - B

Till the conversion step the data gets read correctly and i could even see it when i display converted data....

After that when i try to create a Batch Input Session... I get this screen... It shows as information and not an error symbol....

Hi

You may have a fixed value (already created) in the recording of the LSMW, check the steps in the Objects attributes 'recording' overview tab in the middle of the page. Otherwise the field mapping might have a 'constant' of a GL account already created. This is if you didn't have an existing GL account in the spreadsheet.

Generally this error comes when we have some GL Accounts Created already in the system and you are trying to upload the GL Accounts in LSMW. Creation means even if you have a GL Account with just COA data and you are trying to upload a GL with COA and Co.Co data. Lets say that you have a GL Account 100000 created only with COA data in SAP. Now in LSMW you are trying to upload many account and one of them is 100000, then you get this error. just identify the list of Accounts which are created in System and remove them from LSMW file and run it.

This error occurs if there are already accounts that are created in the target system. It even occurs if you just mark the accounts in target system as "mark for deletion", you will have to totally delete the accounts from the target system using OBR2....

Hello,

You will get this error when you try to create the same GL account that has been already created in the system, LSMW will be failed to load the data due to duplicate records in the input file.

First delete the duplicate accounts or any account status is u2018Mark for deletionu2019 then try loading again. I have solved the issue by doing the above steps, hope this helps to solve your issue.
