Hi Gurus,
Just recently I've "Bumped" into sap.com website while looking for something....
I was surprised to see a large list of Adapters that according to SAP :
"included in SAP NetWeaver 2004."
I know the available connectivity options in the XI since XI 2.0 to PI 3.0 SP12 and
I have to say I had never seen those connectivity capabilities in the Configuration nor in SAP help.
...Off course we have our 3rd part adapter providers for VAN or AS400 etc.
But this list is new to me.
Attached is the link...please elaborate if you know anything that I don't...

Kind Regards

Hey
all the adapters in the link are not provided by SAP,you only get the following adapter out of the box
IDOC - standard SAP interchange document format
RFC - standard SAP function call
File/FTP - local and remote file systems incl. FTP servers
HTTP(S) - servers using the Web protocol
SOAP - Web services
JMS - messaging services
JDBC - relational databases
rest all are Supported by SAP XI architecture and for most of them you need to buy the license from the Vendors
Thanx
Ahmad
