SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance, no instance created

Hello,

We have activated a SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance system, and it worked the 1st day, at night we terminated it, as we didn't use it.

The next day, we accessed our account again to find that we don't have our instance anymore, as we thought that by terminating it, we are only shutting the machine down. So we decided to create another instance.

This time the instance is activated, but the SAP Abap system is not accessible, and I tried connecting to the OS, it worked but there is no hdbadm or s4hadm user, no directories for SAP or HANA, its just an empty server.

We tried terminating the instance again and creating another, but still the same issue is happening, do you have any ideas about what can be done?

Hello Daniel,

There was a temporary problem in the definition of this solution that explains why you were not able to create a new instance succesfully. It was fixed this morning, so please try again.

You should use the suspend operation to shut the machine down. The terminate operation is irrevokable.
