Error in Archiving Adatpter Engine Messages

Hi,

I trying to archive the xml messages from Adapter Engine by background processing, but the error is showing when i execute the Archive Job:

Executing ArchiveJob Archive Messages failed. Reason: unknown

Somebody have any idea about this?
