NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE

Hi Everyone:

I am getting this error:

When reprocessing the interface from the component monitoring(RWB), the problem is that when I send the message, the party is not sent, then there is no Receiver Determination found, I do not know why the party is not in the SXMB_MONI in the inbound message,

Any help?
