Scenario A with ECC 5.0

Hello All,

We have a scenario wherein the users change the schedule line category when the product is ready for production. The order is created in CRM 4.0 and transferred to ECC. However with Scenario A being maintained in the middleware parameter, we cannot change the schedule line category. This is confirmed with reference to OSS Note: 888299.

Can anybody think of a solution to this other than implementing a user exit in ECC which makes the schedule line field changable.
