Recruitment Ad Hoc

Hello All

I have created an Ad Hoc for Applicants and wants to sort them by positions assigned to ORG UNITS. In recruitment IT0001 there's no Org Unit field (Tcode pb10), I tried in Table T588M for MP000100 and no variable key give me option for adding org unit in PB10 data (this way i can add org unit in ad hoc in IT0001).

So,

1) Is there anyway i can add org unit in PB10 and sort out in ad hoc?

2) Is there any other way round to run ad hoc to see what positions are attached to a particular org unit (I can sort with Company code).

Please advise.
