Global Structure - Remove Reference not possible

Hi all

Having built a structure in query designer and saved it, i have now brought it into another query. I want to remove the reference to alter the structure but when i click on remove reference i get the message "This command is not implemented yet!".

We are on SP12.

Any ideas?
