Data in the SearchHelp

Good day, friends!

We are going to separate some our nonspecialized subdivisions to other subsidiaries. In the ERP 6.0. we will use separate controlling areas, company codes, plants and sales organizations. But there is one problem. We don't know how to close our information, which is in the SearchHelps of transactions, from subsidiaries. We can see subsidiary's data and they can see our data through SearchHelps.

Are there methods to close some data in SearchHelps?
