Display the Maximum date value

Hi,

I want to create a report that showing for each customer what the last renewal date is. For example, the customer can get a product's license for one year, so if he have 3 licenses for the last 3 years then I want to diplay only the license of the last year.

My question is, how can get the maximum buying date for each customer?
