Hi Gordon,

only / or \ without xi as xi is your home directory

Hi Gordon,

If the folder xi is configured to access thru ftp, then the path will be \xi only.

i need one more time your help.

The directory is working and the file sender, too.

but the file receiver shows the following message

Receiver Adapter v2123 for Party '', Service 'ZZTRAINING':

Configured at 2007-07-10 13:48:53 MEST

No message processing until now

and there is no new message in my ftp local directory(the same as inbound)

I think there is some problem with the scenario

it might not have passed through properly

because the receiver adapter will show the msg like

->No message processing until now

only when the message has not passed thru properly

pls chk...

Hi,

>>any ideas how to find out which adapter (sender or receiver) is not working correctly ?

This communication channel monitoring...

Go to Runtime workbench

select component Monitoring

click on Adapter Engine <xihost>

after that you can see a window in the same page

under status tab click communication Channel Monitoring

you will be guided to new page...

slect your communication channel (sender/receiver), then you see the status of each of the channels...

finally my ftp server shos that the inbound file was transfered successful.

Any ideas how to find out, why the receiver is not working ?

Ramesh,

i think you mean the adapter monitorin, because we haven´t any comm. channel monitoring.

The Filesender is working (green) and the result of the file receiver is green, too but responding "No message processing until now"

hi ,

i think u can go for this-

in file access parameter:

source directory : c:/xi

file name : file.dat

this will solve ur problem.

Hi Gordon,

Did you create FTP local network where you can place a copy of this file.dat?

If so then the URL for FTP will be considered so in the Directory!
