Displaying R/3 System Names

Hi

I am calling RFCs belonging to multiple R/3 systems from one WD application.. Its kind of search the application is doing. Am doing a search on customer using bapis.. If a customer is present in system A, the customer detail should be displayed in a tabular format along with the system name as a hyper link..So when the user clicks on the System name link, it should launch SAP transaction or SAP Transation iview in a seperate window..Like wise in other systems too...

What I would like to know is how can I get the system names

Any suggestions....
