IDOC TO FILE

hi

i am sendind the IDoc from the R/3 system and I have to collect all the IDoc's before sending into XI system. and i have to create a single flat file at the target system. can i use the graphical Mapping for this.

Hi Rinku,

u can collect idocs in XI using two ways :

1. With out using BPM

2. With using BPM

In both the scenarios u can use either graphical mapping, java mapping, xslt mapping..its not a kind of mandatory u should use only java/xslt/graphical mapping.

You need to use a BPM and yes, you can use Graphical Mapping to perfrom the transformation step.

But as you need to collect messages you need to use a BPM , or,

hi rinku,

u can use BPM to collect the idocs. u need to use N:1 transformation here and go for multi mapping.
