I have tried to access e-learning from home on a Samsung tablet but the Please wait while we complete the analysis runs continually with no final result.
If I run on work laptop it does produce a result but seems to fail on the screen resolution requirements. It seems to think screen resolution requirements are not met though I and the company IT support have checked them a number of times and they would appear fine.
Very frustrating as can't access any courses.
Is there a SAP technical support phone line to ring in the UK?
