SRM Value Proposition


Hi SRM Techies,

I am looking for documents which help me out in convincing the customer by giving explanations with facts and figures on Return On Investment by going to SRM

What are the advantages we get by going to SRM?

In terms of transaction data handling time

The value savings

The sizing factor..

The cost of registration based on the number of logon required?


Ultimately all the advantages are converted in to value.

So that the customer will look Return on Investment and Return time.

It will be helpful from customer point of view to decide up on to for SRM or Not ?based on his budget allocation.
