Dear All,

I would like to release maintenance order automatically once it's created from Notification or directly (breakdown order).

I have done SPRO change as below in setting for order types.

But, when I am creating maintenance order directly in IW31 or from IW22 (Notification), on save maintenance order is not releasing automatically.

Kindly advise if I am missing with any additional setting.

regards,

Atul Rajmane

Hi Atul,

This config setting is for orders to be released automatically when generating from Maintenance Plan.

To release the Order, you need to develop a solution.

Hi Terence,

Does It mean that Maintenance Order created from those notifications which generated from scheduling of PM plan will be released automatically on save?...

If so, I have created a maintenance order from notification, generated by PM Plan, But still, it's not releasing automatically? or we have to use maintenance order as a call object instead of PM Order?

Hi Atul,

It should be Maintenance Order, also you need to make sure there is no user status stops the release.

You can also make the config to create the Notification from the order created, when the order is auto released, Notification also will be released. Go to transaction V_T350_NOTDAT

Hi Atul,

Each option have different purpose, Click F1 to get more information about each options.

To test for your scenario, you can have "Assignments of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive"
