How to automatically populate the planned dates in the service ticket on changing status?

For that you need to implement service transaction badi or action badi and need to update the service process details.

You can implement a new implementation class for ORDER_SAVE BADI and read changed status from Buffer calling CRM_STATUS_READ_OW. Then change the required dates after this check.
