Download customizing crm -> cdb -> msa ?

Hello forum,

where/which objects do I have to download in crm, so that my

msa-client has the same customizing as my crm-online ?

I use in msa bp/cp with activity-management.

Hi,

Yes these are the most required objects to be downloaded,

But as stated,you requires org profile data which will be one of the mentioned adaptor objects and has nothing to do with master data yet.

In the later part of configuration you can done by executing trasactions:

CRMD_DOWNLOAD_OM - to download Organization model to mobile clients

and

CRM_TERRMAN_DOWNLOAD - to download Territory information to mobile clients.

I want to download the organisation profile for activities.

I always get message in msa while creating an activity:

no defaulted org. profile. no org. profile for the logged-on user.

Have you downloaded territory and orgman data to the mobile client?

Please execute the following programs in Tx: SE38:

CRM_TERRMAN_DOWNLOAD

CRM_ORGMAN_DOWNLOAD

This should resolve the error.

@Pratik: None of the above objects deal with Gerd's problem...also, that list is just a generic list of just about every object there is to download, maybe it can help in some other scenario.

Hello Gerd,

There is no final list possible for this as it would depend on which business scenarios you want in CRM/CDB. Some objects might be relevant for you and some might not be. Most of the object names should give you hints as to whether you need them or not.
