Free of Charge Material Replacement

I have a scenario related to FOC. Replacement

Company want to replace Material with free of Cost. Material Price should be same as Selling Price.

Example:

Material Price: 1000

Tax: 180

Warranty Exp. Dr 1180

To Inventory 1000

To CGST payable 89

To SGST payable 90
