How to Configure ITS for 4.7 R/3 Enterprise

How can i configure ITS for 4.7 Enterprise version.....I checked ITS services in 4.7 with tcode SICF but ITS is not there. ..Is ITS is separate component for 4.7 which need to be downloaded..How to go about it. any help would be appreciated
