SEP software Download Link

Hi all,

I have searched the whole market place to download the Solution Manager Support Enablement Package. But no luck.

I also checked the below path,

Please download the installation packages from http://service.sap.com/swdc - Download - Installations and Upgrades - Entry by Application Group - Installations and Upgrades - SAP Technology Components - SAP Support Enablement Package - SAP Support Enabl. Package 1.0

But still I could not find the software, I also searched with different Suser ids.

Can anyone pl say where this SEP package is.
