problem in total

Hi,

i created one query in which i m supposed to show no of employee retiring in a particular year

now the requirement is it must show all the employees retiring in dat year not individaual hw it can b done .

like yr 2007 yr 2008

    Hi,

    Is employee available in you drill down?? if not try the follwing.

    Right click on Yr 2007 formula to get the propertis of it-> go to calculations tab - >there you can get an option called "Calculate result as". choose " summation of rounded values".

    Do the same thing for Yr 2008 also.
