FPL9 Chronology - Return charge is getting displayed with return amount in FPL9

Return charge is getting displayed with return amount in FPL9 chronology tab. Returns amount and return charge should always be displayed separately in the chronology but for some of the returns we are seeing this issue where both are getting summed up and being displayed together as one amount. Has any one of you came across this issue in past ?

To start with, can you check if there is any customisation, on event 1212 and event 1213 for return charges

in your picture we can see that one of the examples has different posting dates for the charge and the return, and in the other they are the same. This influences how they are shown. If all data is the same then they are combined into one line. I would check how each of these was created - afaik the norm would be to combine them since the dates would usually be the same for both.

You are looking at the due date. Posting date (04/10) for both items is same in all cases.

then change the due date on that item and see if the chronology changes. I expect the same result - chronology cannot combine the items due to the different due date
