Hi,
We have an ECC EHP4 system PRD with EA-HR components on 604 and package level 73 but my DEV and QAS are in 604 and package levels are 12. When i try to update the patch levels of dev and QAS from 12 to 73 i'm unable to find the patch levels in service market place. Thank You in Advance.

Please open then the "Maintenance Software Component" for EA-HR 604:
Afterwards you should be able to see all support packags.
Anyway: I would recommend to create a stack.xml file and let the packages been calculated by the Maintenance Planner. EA-HR has SAP_HR as prerequisite. Furtthermore there is maybe another component which is required during the patching activity.
