can't see the portal content directory

HI,

i installed EP with NW2004s and when i execute this Http://hostname:50000/irj

i am not able to see the portal content directory.

I login using the user sample_admin who has only sap_all profile and also i even selected all the roles in the system(around 200+ roles).even i am not able to see any portal content directory there(not even any error).

Now how can i see it and i want to create the iview, pages, roles,folders etc? how can i do it?

Can any one help me
