% display in report

There is a requirement

(1- ((Commitments - Shipments )/ Commitment ))* 100.User want to see the data as %. means in the cell user wants to see the "%" symbol...

Is there a way can we achive this....

In the Percentage Deviation (%) we can achive variation between two values whereas here we need to subract the Percentage Deviation (%) value from 100..in that case I am not getting the % symbol in the report....
