Help Needed

Hi Experts

I got trained in functional modules of CRM-sales & service and i worked extensively on IDES system and i know all img activities which IDES capable of.

I recently got job offer to work in service management but didn't have real time exposure like creating Functional specs,Interacting with Abap consultants reg fields,Tables etc ,

Please provide tips how intial days work environment will be for new employee,

how do we create funcional specs, Interacting with abapers and work environment so that i can survive for few weeks
