We have encountered this error after installing DBSPI Monitoring tool

Instruction : The Database monitor failed to run for the current period as it failed to obtain a lock. Check the node for a hung dbspica<X> process. Until this issue is resolved, the database monitoring will continue to fail. It may be necessary to remove the lock manually. By default the lock files will be located in /var/opt/OV/dbspi/dbmon.lock.<interval>.
