Users workig on SAP portal

Hi!

Please can anyone tell me how can I know how many users are working on the portal in a specific time ??

I know there is an iview that shows some statistics about users. But that information does not say much to me because it is about the all day (or for time). So, if I need to stop the SAP portal´s service I would like to know who are working and let them know that the SAP services will be down for short or long time depending on the case. How can I get this information from a SAP portal ??

Hi

Go to http://hostname:port/irj

then System Administration -> Portal Activity Report

there you will be able to view the list of the users currently working on SAP portal.

I tried but in System Administration there is not Portal Activity Report option.

I have Portal 6.0

Hi Xiomara,

Access to the Visual Administrator -> Services -> Security Provider -> Login Sessions.

In there you can watch the logged users and the expiration time of the Logon.

Hi,

Do You have the Access to Portal Site.

If You Have the Access to Portal Site as Administrator.

Then in that go to User Administration Tab. Here in the User Search List, Give " * " and search . You will find all the users created and using the Portal Site.
