NullPointer Exception in Equipment Characteristics

Hi,

I have MAM 3.0 SR4 installed in both the laptop and PDA. When I try to display the Equipment Detail page, in the laptop it display the following error in the Characteristic Section.

"Error in file: /include/common_list.jsp<br/> <br/>Stack trace: <br/>java.lang.NullPointerException<br/>at com.sap.mbs.mam.cstm.util.CustomizingOutSideControllers.getCharacteristicDescription(Unknown Source)<br/>at com.sap.mbs.mam.bo.ext.impl.Mam031Item170Impl.getField(Unknown Source)<br/>..."

For the PDA it only display a NULL when the Characteristic Screen is displayed.

I checked the start.jsp and it seems that all the necesary data is in MAM30_031 (Item 170 and 210) and in MAM30_018. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
