DI Server deployment and licensing

Hello all, I am creating a utility for a client that will be using the DI Server to access B1, and have a couple of questions regarding the deployment, licensing, and usage of the DI Server.

1. in order to deploy the solution so a client may use the DI Server, does that client have to have an SDK license?

2. how is the DI Server licensed for usage?

3. How does B1 2007 manage the use of the DI Server? The client will be going live with 2007, so this solution must be compatible with 2007.

Any answers would be very helpful with this.
