Hi Cristina,
Maybe I am just not seeing it, but what is incorrect about the Launchpad Designer?
Can you state what upgrade was applied?
After any upgrade, you may want to consider clearing caches (see note 2319491). Additionally, if it was a major version upgrade, you should make sure that the theme being used is compatible. Later versions no longer fully support sap_bluecrystal, so you may want to add the url parameter sap-theme=sap_belize to check the behaviour. If the theme was custom, it may need to be rebuilt. I've seen a number of issues similar to this with themes being out of date.
Lastly, in case the UI5 version being used is old, you should check it.

Hello John,
Thanks for your answer.
It's supposed to appear applications on the launchpad and on images above I can't see nothing. It's necessary to search on magnifying glass the applications, and the results are like the below image
We have used the version 1.28, but the upgrade was for 1.38
When I do login, it's supposed to open launchpad with applications.
But before the update we have this "problem" I don't know if I need do some configurations on SAP after the update .
Did you understand me ?
Thanks a lot
Hi Cristina, that looks a lot like a theming issue. Try adding sap-theme=sap_belize& immediately before the sap-client=400 in the URL, then load it and see if it looks any different.
If that doesn't help the issue, what specific versions do you have for UI5? You can get it by going to this address:
https://<server>:<port>/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5/index.html
Does your front-end gateway system have any product specific UI components installed? Also, does the user has any business roles assigned?
