Transfer parameters back from an external web page

hello together,

i try to integrate a customer-specific (non-sap) web page into the web client. Therefore i use the transaction launcher, where i can pass some parameters to this external URL.

But how can i transfer parameters back from this external web page to any webclient related context, where i can handle this data? Any ideas/concepts?
