Email steps for IC web Client

Can any one let me know about the steps that is required to configure the E-mail inbound and outbound process with IC Web Client.

please have a look to http://service.sap.com/crm-inst in the CRM Core and Standalone Components section you will find information about ERMS which stands for E-Mail Response Managment System.
