Query designer version error

Hello.

I have some query designer errors when I'm trying run some BW 3.X reports in BI 7.0

Error for example:

-. The BW server has deactivated this version of the query designer

-. This version of the query designer is not supported by the BI server

-. Activex component in business explorer selector

I'm running SAPGUI 6.40 level 25

You might want to look in the following transaction. Someone might have restricted access for only a couple people.

transaction "RS_FRONTEND_INIT" (SM30 for table RSFRONTENDINIT) and change parameter "NOACCESSALLOWED" from a blank value to "QD_EXCLUSIVE_USER", then enter in the userID that can make the updates.

Yes, The issue is done.

The solution is in the transaction RS_FRONTEND_INIT, You need assing for all users "*" in the parameter QD_EXCLUSIVE_USER authorization.
