Approver Name

Hello All,

I have a folder wherein there are two approvers.(either person A or person B approves).

There are many end users for this folder.End users would like to know who has approved the document.

I would like to add a property called Approver/Approved by( similar to modified by)..

Can anyone help to achieve this.

Hi Ajeya,

You can use Navigation iview to display the folder content.

In here, you can customize the view to display the details like Approver, Initiator etc.

Go to Folder Details - > Settings - Personalize

Here add the entries to the view and save it.

Now you will be able to view the necessary details in the Navigation iview.

Thanks for the quick reply.I have actually added approver in the presentation.

But unfortunately its not showing the user details underneath.Am i missing anything on the configuration.

Hi,

Not sure why, but the approver property is never set for the Resources in KM (Is always NULL). So from standard you cannot achieve it. May be you can open OSS Message about this behaviour.

You can ofcourse create a work around for this, by having a custom property renderer for approver property.

So in your property renderer get the approver of the resource and show it.
