SNC issue with EP

Hi Guys,

I have created SAP Transation I-view in EP to have SSO using SAP WIN GUI.SAP R/3 system has SNC configured using Secude client.Now when I access SAP Iview it connects to SAP R/3 but this connection is without SNC eventhough I have done settings in Portal system like SNC String,SNC Lib path.

Have I missed anything to activate SNC on EP side?
