Hi Rohan,

You can create master data through the T-code PA30. It will take you to the all necessary infotypes to be updated, i.e. personal actions.. You can then create master data easily. If you have any queries, you are always welcome.

as they have said master data is maintaines through PA30

the initial data is created through PA40- hiring action

here the basic data of the employee is created depending on the requirement u will do the initial entry

after that the entiremaintanence of the data including creating will take place in PA30.

it0000 has to be through Pa40

rest can be donethrough PA30

Hi,

Based on the configuration of Personal Action and Info groups, your system will ask to update all the necessary Master record of the employee while hiring itself in PA40. You can maintain additional Master record infotype using the Tcode PA30.

There are 7 basic mandatory infotypes to be maintain for every employee, then it will vary based on the country and client.

You can check the infotypes in PA30 to take help of the fields which you or your client want to maintain.

Prepare notepad or excel sheet with those fields and then do the Upload.
