Hi All,
I have a few questions for the business card scanner functionality in C4C
1) Does this feature still work in the extended edition of the iOS and Android apps? I have an iPhone 7 with the latest C4C extended edition app, but when i go to Leads, there is no option i can see to scan?
2) Is it possible to scan to a Contact instead of a Lead? If not, how would you take a business card that has been scanned to a Lead, and then extract the Contact from that Lead as an actual new Contact, systematically not manually?

Please, check if the question/business option "Lead Creation using an Existing Account" is marked in Business Configuration.
When this question is selected in Business Configuration, the "Scan" button/option is not displayed in leads
