PPM - In MY Task completed task is still seen.

We have PPM 6.1,

Some of the user still see the completed status for projects under "My Task" tab.

What is the reason for this.

Hello Chetan,

I have not heard of this issue before. Usually the system behaves as per the logic described in SAP Note Nr. 1122183 ("...This also applies to the display of tasks and checklist items; they must also be released so that they are displayed in the dashboard.").

Please note that this applies to the "My Tasks" dashboard but not the the tasks Favorites dashboard (which will contain any task which the user has added to their browser favourites, regardless of status).

If the issue with completed tasks appearing in the My Tasks dashboard can be replicated consistently, then I suggest that you place a Customer Incident so that SAP Support can look into it.
