We have 20 users with the Excel Add-In, who are on Windows 7, Office 2013, 32 bit. Whenever they attempt to change the parameter of an Excel report, the screen where the parameters drop down continuously flickers and the users cannot apply the parameters. We have applied the latest Add-in 135.0.2990.946 and attempted to down grade to Excel 2007 and still we get this issue. As a workaround we can change the parameters in ByDesign, but cannot find a solution to overcome this flickering issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem and found a solution?
