Error in Movements

Hi,

I am trying to post the goods movement and i am getting two kinds of errors.

1) Deficit of SL Unrestr. prev. 1 EA : 24543255161 BP01 B884

2) Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1 EA : 24543255161 BP01 A259

The 2nd error is the deficit of stock in storage location in A259. But what's the difference between these two errors is my question. Could some one please tell me the difference.

Have you checked the long texts?

This is the msg i am getting after posting using BAPI. I get the msg in return table and i saw every possible option. this is the only msg i could see.

PL = plant

PR = previous period

PU = purchasing document

RE = reservation

SL = storage location

VC = consignment stock from vendor in storage location

Can you pls. elaborate more on the abbrevations?

There is a stock of 3 in VOKC storage locationa and i am trying to move 1 Quantity and i still get the error. So, does this mean its something related to the previous period. I don't really get why is there an error of this kind when there is enough stock.
