Creatin new Businesspartners in CRM 5.0, LSMW, eCatt or BAPI_BUPA _CREATE .

Hi everybody,

I have to create 2 Million Businesspartners (Organizations) in CRM. Can anybody tell me what are the advantages or disadvantages using LSMW, eCatt or function module BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA. Later I have to also to enrich the data.
