I have created a Manual catalog with 20 products, and started replication to the index server with tr comm_pcat_ims_init .But it is not replicating to the index server. and i have even given the run parameters.
And generally how many hours it takes to replicate.
Hello Vijay Reddy,
It is very had to say why the catalog is not getting replicated onto TREX, because there may be n number of reasons. If you are able to provide us the error message, then I should be able to help you out in resolving the issue.
But as a thumb rule, check the following:
1. Verify the RFC connection to TREX using SM59
2. Enter all required fields in the replication screen.
But the error message must be required before we proceed further.

Hi Vijay,
Replication time varies depends on the volume of the catalog content, type of the system hardware and overall architecture.
In general catalogs in the production environment takes pretty long time. i.e. sometimes more than 8 hours. The reason is, production catalogs are very huge.
In development and test environment depends on the catalog size the replication time varies from few minutes to couple of hours.
If you have drought, then try replicating small catalog and validate the time.
