Hi Experts,

Have couple of queries as below:

1) What is difference between Roles and digital signature authorization group? Are these same or different?

2) Is there a 1 to 1 relation between the digital signature group and individual signature or 1 to many?

3) Numbering schema for doc type. (What happens when the number range for a particular doc type gets exhausted or reaches the maximum limit as defined?

4) In a DIR, can we insert the revision of the file we are attaching?

5) Multi language description for the doc type. Eg – How can we get the German language typed out using the keyboard? Is it required to set at the time of login?

6) What is the use of the document distribution?
