Solution Manager 7.2 System Recommendation shows no notes

Hello,

I am facing following problem, any idea or suggestion is welcome.

We recently upgraded 2 solution manager systems from 7.1 SPP12 to 7.2 SPP05. One is correctly working with the configured system recommendation, and shows plenty of notes and can be maintaned correctly. The other however is not showing any notes in the System Recommendation workcenter. The systems have identical kernels,package stack levels and notes implemented. The SOLMAN_SETUP basic-inteface-system scenarios were executed correctly. Only 1 difference i could see is that the one were i have the issue does not show the new version of the general note, and even if i do a refresh it is still showing "unknown" version, The general note was implemented on both systems originally with version 10.

As i said, every idea is welcome...

Hi,

Issue was solved.

Solution is to setup the new 7.2 SP5 functon support hub in solman_setup- system preparation

For that you will need a special S user and execution of STC01 support hub task list.
