We have a portal (EP 7.0) go-live with ESS/ MSS, employee facing portal and external facing portal after 3 weeks. Is there any structured approach to be adopted to make the go-live a success.
I mean steps and checks to be performed before Portal go-live i.e. IViews, worksets, PCD Inspector, content management etc., and so on.
I would appreciate if I can get a document or the steps to be performed for a go-live check.
Also if there are any issues, what is the structured troubleshooting approach to be adopted?
