Credit Memo Creation

Hi,

I have to create credit memo. Can I use the BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create credit memo. Are there any other BAPI's available other than this. We have ver 4.6C. I have to input the following fields.

order type

salesorg

districhannel

division

soldtoparty

custpurordnum

matnr

targetqty

item->conditionsZCPP->Price

item->ShippingPlant

sales->order reason

header financial accounting->Ref num

header->soldtotext

Please suggest me what will be best solution to create Credit Memo.
